Bezel – Scanner bezel – Top part of the scanner assembly – The scanner glass mounts in this bezel. Took the printer apart and using the “do no harm” philosophy, cleaned at first just the underside of the glass and the rubber belt. Does anyone know where this can be purchased besides HP of course?? Seems like it’s stuck. Have had “scanner failure” message for months, dead printer.
